Our chiropractors

Four doctors, all of them here on purpose

Between them: Northwestern Health Sciences, Palmer College and Logan College — and a shared reason for practising in the Coulee Region rather than anywhere else.

Dr. Corey Harris

D.C., PTA · Owner

Born and raised in La Crosse and a Logan High School graduate, Dr. Corey played basketball at Viterbo before earning his Doctor of Chiropractic at Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2007. He always envisioned coming back to the Coulee Region — and opened River City Chiropractic in 2011.

  • Doctor of Chiropractic — Northwestern Health Sciences University, 2007
  • Western Technical College and Viterbo University
  • Lives in Onalaska with his wife Katie and their three children

Dr. Logan Andera

D.C.

Raised in Cresco, Iowa as one of six children, Dr. Logan earned a Biology degree from the University of Northern Iowa before Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2015. He found chiropractic himself in junior high, treating aches from sports — and never forgot how good he felt afterward.

  • Doctor of Chiropractic — Palmer College, Davenport, 2015
  • BS in Biology — University of Northern Iowa
  • Fishing, hunting, golfing and time with his nieces and nephews

Dr. Brett Winchel

D.C.

From Tomah, Wisconsin, Dr. Brett completed his Doctorate at Logan College of Chiropractic in 2000. He has owned practices in St. Charles MO, Germantown WI and Gallatin TN — and, after all of it, chose to come back to the Coulee Region.

  • Doctorate in Chiropractic — Logan College, Chesterfield MO, 2000
  • UW–Oshkosh and St. Louis Community College at Meramec
  • Married to Sarah; spends most of his time at his son Hudson's games

Dr. Quinten Kreul

D.C.

From Lancaster, Wisconsin, Dr. Q graduated Palmer in 2023. Back pain kept him off the high school football field until a couple of chiropractic visits let him compete again pain-free — which is why he practises the way he does.

  • Doctorate of Chiropractic — Palmer College, 2023
  • BS in Biology — UW–Whitewater
  • “Chiropractic is more than the adjustment — it's arming patients with the ability to manage their own health.”

Mandy Breault

Licensed Massage Therapist

Originally from the Houston, Minnesota area, Mandy found her calling in health after working for the La Crosse Area YMCA. She graduated with honours in Massage Therapy from Globe University in 2015 and has been with River City ever since.

  • LMT since 2015, with River City for a decade
  • Volunteers with area non-profits when she isn't with clients

Questions we get asked

Which chiropractor will I see?
Four doctors practise here — Dr. Corey, Dr. Logan, Dr. Brett and Dr. Q. Email us and describe what is going on, and we will match you to whoever fits your case and your schedule.
Do I need a referral?
No. Write to us directly and we will get you booked.
What is StemWave, and is it painful?
It is a non-invasive, drug-free acoustic wave treatment that stimulates your body's own healing response. Sessions take 5–10 minutes with no surgery and no downtime.
I drive commercially — can you do my DOT physical?
Yes. Only certified medical examiners can perform DOT physicals under FMCSA rules, and we have them on staff. Email us with the date you need it done by.
Do you take patients from outside Onalaska?
Regularly — from La Crosse, Holmen, Bangor, Sparta, Galesville, Trempealeau, La Crescent, Hokah, Houston and the surrounding communities.
